FB Tec Packaged STP

Emerging Technology “FBTec” with optimised land, power and manpower utilisation. FBTec is one of Sewage treatment process of removing contaminants from wastewater, primarily from domestic sewage. Essentially this system is a hybrid reactor where attached growth and suspended growth activity takes place simultaneously.

On the Activated Sludge Process basis sewage treatment plants are designed. The advanced technologies involved to treat sewage such as MBBR technology, UASB technology and Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR).

MahaTech, is distributor of FBTec Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant in India.
FBTec is one of Sewage treatment process of removing contaminants from wastewater, primarily from domestic sewage. Essentially this system is a hybrid reactor where attached growth and suspended growth activity takes place simultaneously.
This process uses fixed media to retain an active biomass to reduce the influent BOD Levels. Tubular diffusers are used with the fixed media giving a good air dispersal.
Small foot print, stable process, lesser sludge production and modular installations are the key features of this process.
Lesser sludge yield means lesser sludge generation and lesser sludge disposal.
